This HotFix addresses the MACP issues that some customers struggled with since last update.
It build on CU2 – updating two components, the MACP and Core components. It takes the build from 7.0.2046.151 to 7.0.2046.216.
Check your build with get-csserverpatchversion in powershell

What’s Fixed in the CU?
- Kb 4552637 “Fatal error during installation” error when uninstalling MacpWebComponents.msp in Skype for Business Server 2019.

There you will also find instructions, please note if this is your first CU to your SFB 2019 server, you will need to add a few prereqs first. Those are the fundamental changes to the Control Panel found in the first CU
Run this in powershell on all FrontEnds.

Should i care ?
In my opinion, even though you havent struggled with this exact issue, i would always install CU’s and fixes, also given the somewhat higher build number, there could very well be other small improvements hidden under the hood. So go ahead and install.
